Founding Story

I’ve always been fascinated by the way people connect—who clicks instantly, who stays on the surface, and who dares to open up. Whether at family gatherings, among friends, or later in my professional life, I often found myself sparking conversations, bringing people together, and creating an atmosphere where genuine encounters could take place.

Over time, I realized that this wasn’t just something I enjoyed—it was something others recognized in me. Again and again, after conversations or workshops, people would tell me how comfortable they felt being their true selves, even among strangers. It amazes me how often just a small impulse is enough to create deeper connections. These moments fill me with energy and reinforce my passion for this work.

This ability has accompanied me through many stages of my life—from corporate consulting, where I helped teams define their core values, to deeply personal moments where a single conversation shifted an entire dynamic.

One moment that particularly stood out to me was after a workshop I had led. A participant who had been quiet throughout the day approached me at the end. “I didn’t expect to take anything meaningful from today,” he admitted, pausing for a moment. “But I haven’t felt this connected in a long time—not just with others, but with myself.” That moment caught me off guard and moved me deeply. It showed me that true connections often emerge where we least expect them—and that these are the moments that drive me.
